Anemia is a condition that occurs when the body is lacking iron. This lack of iron leads to a ruction in red blood cells which store and carry oxygen throughout the body. When the body is lacking oxygen a person can be pale, tired, short of breath, have headaches and altered sense of taste, itchiness, mouth sores and even hairless sometimes.
The usual treatment for low iron is taking iron supplements, (which can cause nausea, bowel issues and abdominal pain), and increasing your intake of iron rich foods like leafy green vegetables, pulses and beans, nuts and seeds and of course meats and dried fruits.
Thankfully there are a number of options through homeopathic treatment. I have listed a few remedies below that could be helpful but you'll have the most success by seeking the help of a licensed homeopath that can prescribe a constitutional remedy for you.
